Must be homes that are not listed by a real estate agent and is For Sale by
Owner, For Rent or Vacant and we will pay you $500 on the ones we buy. Don’t
worry about the look, price range or area it’s located in we still will pay you on
the ones we buy.

To Begin
1. Fill out our Cash Referral Form and send it to us by email or mail. When we
get it you will be enrolled in our Cash Referral Program.

2. Find Homes
Find homes that are For Sale by Owner, For Rent or vacant and get details on the
property using our Property Fact Sheet.

3. Send Property Fact Sheet
Send your property fact sheets to:

Once we receive your property fact sheet will call the owner and handle the rest.
If they sell it to us, you get paid.

4. Receive Your Cash Referral Money!
Once we close on the house we send your check.

Note:
By law we must issue a 1099 IRS Form if you are paid more than $600 per year.
We do not accept addresses already submitted by other cash referral
participants. All cash referral participants are paid on a first come, first served
basis.
